Vipassana Yog - 8 day Sadhana

Vipassana or insight meditation is the practice of continued close attention to sensation, through which one ultimately sees the true nature of existence. Rediscovered by Buddha 2500+ years ago, it aims for total mental purity and ultimate liberation, healing human suffering for true happiness.

Arrival one day before from 4.00 pm to 8.30 pm.

Departure on 8th day at : 12.00 noon

  • Participants are not allowed to leave ashram premises during camp 
  • You have to observe maun (complete silence) during camp period
  •  Additionally, by joining our program, you agree to take full responsibility for your actions and understand that participation is at your own risk.
